| How are you all doing? I am doing great. So far this year, life has been amazing. I did go through some struggles last month, but God has brought me out of it. I’ve learned so much about who I am in Christ and how Satan likes to try and take me down, because I am doing God’s will and it’s so wonderful. Right now, I’m learning to gain freedom from my past. I’ve realized that I haven’t laid it all down at his feet and he has been helping me learn how let go.
Last month, I made the dance team and the basketball team. For dance, I am on the “light routine” and the “hustle”. The “light routine” dance is a dance where you have glow sticks and the lights will be turned off and you just see lights flying all over the place in the dark. It’s going to look so cool when we learn to do it all. The “hustle” is a dance where I get to dance with a guy. But, I don’t know if I’ll be able to be in it much longer, because my partner dropped out and I can’t find a replacement, but that’s okay, if I don’t get to do the hustle, at least I’ll know how to do the dance.
I found out that in January of 2009, I will be going overseas to Kenya for a 16 month internship. I am so excited. I want to be a missionary and be on the field right now, but I’m still being trained here at Bethany and I’m still in the Honor Academy, learning to be a leader and learning to reach this generation, but soon, before I even know it, I will be on the field bringing the gospel to those who have never heard it before. I will also be learning Swahilli and be working with some outreaches there and with children. I am so excited...
Well, there is so much more I would like to say, but I just don’t have time to right now, but I will let you all know what's happening in my life later on.

| Praise Jesus. I got all the money that I needed to stay on campus. I actually got a little bit more than I needed, but here in a couple of weeks they are going to charge my account again. For next month I need to raise $561.50. If I don't come up with the money next month, I will automatically be dismissed for sure. | Well, I did not get dismissed from the Honor Academy, but I am still on my fundraising trip. Actually, I am using my vacation days which really stinks because now I can't go on spring break with BCOM, but that doesn't matter because I am still here and maybe now I can get the rest of my money in. I still need about $1120, but $170 should be coming in the mail. So please keep me in your prayers. I'm going to be going door to door everyday this week and I'm going to try to do a bakesale at walmart this weekend, if walmart lets me. | I am in need of funds. I need $1645 dollars by Monday the 21st or I will be dismissed. A friend of mine came up with the idea that if I could get 66 people to donate $25 dollars or 25 people to donate $66 dollars to my HA account, I will not be dismissed. So far, all I know is that only two people have donated $25 dollars to my account. There have been some people who have pledged to donate $25 dollars, but have not yet. | As you may know, I am being sent on a fundraising trip starting at midnight, monday night if I do not get my HA account down to -700. As of right now I owe $1765, just to get down to -700 dollars. If one of my supporters puts her monthly payment in and if my $120 dollars goes in, then all I need is $1520, to get down to -700. If I do not have my account down to -700 by the 21 of this month, I will be dismissed from the Honor Academy. If any of you could help me out in any way, whether through prayer or financially, it'll mean a whole lot to me. Or if you know anyone who might be able to help me out, let me know.
